Here's Russ Sorenson drivin it like he stole it!!!!!
Bill Beresford was an owner builder who put guys like Ron Larson and
Russ Sorenson behind the wheel of his cars.  Like many guy's involved in
racing he never had a championship car. That never stop him and his crew
from helping put on the show. Looks like they found their way to some
checkered flags along the way too. Thanks to Bill's daughter Rollie Thomas
for sharing these photos.
First Trip to Waukegan!
WIth a little help from 2nd place runner Whitey
Harris, the Beresford car went from leading the
race to needing a little help getting back on it's
wheels.  The Beresford crew got the car back to
the track the very next night!
